These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by 3B Financial Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, engaging our services, or entering into an engagement agreement, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

We provide bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, financial reporting, and advisory services. The exact scope, deliverables, and timetable will be defined in a written engagement agreement signed by both parties.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely financial records, data, and documentation.
  • Respond promptly to information requests and cooperate in good faith.
  • Comply with applicable tax, payroll, and regulatory obligations.
  • Review and approve drafts, filings, and reports prepared by us prior to submission where applicable.

Delays or deficiencies in the information you provide may impact timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.

3. Fees and Payment

  • Fees are set out in the engagement agreement and/or invoices issued to you.
  • Payment terms: 50% deposit.
  • Additional work outside scope is billed per hour unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Late payments may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by law and may pause service delivery.

4. Confidentiality

We maintain the confidentiality of client information and records, and will not disclose such information except
(a) as required by law or court order, (b) to service providers bound by confidentiality obligations, or
(c) with your express consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content and proprietary materials are owned by 3B Financial Solutions. Reports and deliverables prepared for you may be used for your internal business purposes. No license is granted beyond the intended use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice.
Fees for work performed and costs incurred up to the effective termination date remain payable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Venue for any dispute shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly.
Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
